How Will My Designer Know What My Room Looks Like?
When you order our online design service, you’ll be asked to upload floor plans, photos, or a video of your space to your Personal Folder. This helps your designer get a clear understanding of your room’s layout and existing elements.
Additionally, your designer will schedule a video call at the start of your project. This allows you to describe your space in more detail or even give a virtual tour, ensuring your designer fully understands your needs and vision.
Can the Designer Incorporate My Existing Furniture?
Absolutely! If you have furniture pieces you’d like to keep, we’ll make sure they seamlessly fit into your new design. Simply upload photos and dimensions of these items to your Personal Folder, and your designer will incorporate them into the overall concept—ensuring a cohesive and harmonious look.
